Overview Description

Records relating to possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia to store, contain or conceal, or to ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body, marijuana, will be erased by the court. Conn. Gen. Stat. § 54-142v(a).

No statutory language regarding ineligible offenses. 

A petition must be filed for an order of erasure. For the specific procedure, see Conn. Gen. Stat. § 54-142v(a).

No fee may be charged, see Conn. Gen. Stat. § 54-142v(a)(4).

The person is deemed to have never been arrested and can say so under oath. Conn. Gen. Stat. § 54-142a(g)(2).
