Records required by the Sexual or Violent Offender Registration Act are expunged upon final reversal of conviction. Mont. Code Ann. § 46-23-510.

The procedure is automatic. Upon final reversal of a conviction of a sexual or violent offense, the sentencing court orders the records expunged. Mont. Code Ann. § 46-23-510.

Effect
